Greetings to the St. Rose community at the beginning of another wonderful school year with the children!  It’s always uplifting to see how much they have grown and matured over the summer months.  This year marks my 13th year serving St. Rose Elementary in the area of speech and language development.  Once again I will be at St. Rose on Tuesday and Thursday of each week.  As many of you probably know, I also provide speech and language services for Aviston Elementary and Central Community High School.  I feel very much at home in St. Rose and have bragged many times to friends who work in quite large school districts about the commitment and support the entire school staff receives from the parents and community of St. Rose.  I am honored to continue to serve your children.

My husband Gary and I live in Highland and are the parents of four grown children  – Greg – 31; Nicole – 29; Benjamin – 26; Matthew – 24 (he will be the last of the four to get married this September).  We are also the proud grandparents of three – Isaac (age 15 months), and Jack and Claire (twins, also age 15 months).  As they say – “Life is Good!” 

I will occasionally post information regarding communication skills that I feel may be of interest to youas parents or guardians.  We are all looking forward to a great year!
