St. Rose Parents,
Time flies when you are having fun! I hope this letter has reached your family enjoying the summer months packed full of vacations, swimming, BBQ’s, and visiting with friends and family. As we begin to see school supplies coming out on the shelves in stores, it is hard to believe that we are past the “halfway” mark for summer break. Everyone has been working hard over the summer break painting and shining things and getting their classrooms and curriculum in order to welcome you back to St. Rose School. Our hope is in a few weeks you will be excited to come back and get things started for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are a parent, you might be ready to send your child back to school now, but if you're not you have a few more weeks to digest the information provided for you below to start the school year regarding registration.
Stay in the loop with communication:
If you have not already found our communication platform, I am sure students, parents, and extended family will find it easy to navigate our SRS1415 App, Facebook, and website for up to date information.

All students PreK through 8th grade are invited to get their fall pictures taken on Tuesday, July 21st from 3:00 pm until 7:00 PM for the 2026-27 school year. We encourage everyone to register by July 21st so that we have time to enter updates to TeacherEase and update our bus routes and times.
Students who cannot be pictured on July 21st by Voegele Photography will have the opportunity to do so shortly after school has started. All students will want to get their photo taken so that they can be featured in our Yearbook. Picture forms are attached to this email and will be available when you take pictures.
Booster Club / PTO:
St. Rose P.T.O. will have a table set up during Fall Pictures from 3:00 - 7:00 PM to answer questions about how you can support our school and offer suggestions on how you can get involved.
Booster Club depends on the help from all SRS Parents. We ask that parents of players or younger students consider working a shift to help with concessions or entry fee doors at athletic events during basketball and volleyball games. We will have a sign up at this time for you to check your calendars.
