Congratulations to our 5th Grade Lady Cats for coming in 2nd place this past weekend in the Championship game vs. Bartelso. The final score was 14-16. The girls played with a lot of grit and determination throughout the tournament. We look forward to seeing what this group does in the future. Great job ladies!

Stay toasty and show your school spirit! 🐾 It's getting chilly out there, and what better way to keep warm during those crisp evenings or frosty early mornings than with a cozy St. Rose Wildcat Blanket! Blankets are $30 each and can be purchased by contacting Mrs. Diekemper (adiekemper@strosedistrict14-15.com) or the office.

Dear SRS staff, students and community,
Today was such a blessing to me. I can't express how much it meant to see a whole school clothed in pink to recognize the challenging breast cancer diagnosis I have been facing. What a surprise it was to receive gifts from the PTO, the staff and the monetary gift from the shirt sales. In addition, I have had numerous parents and staff give gift cards, provide meals for my family, and offer kind words and prayers. The generosity and kindness you have shown me throughout these last six months is something that I will never forget. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU Wildcat family!
Sincerely,
April Cook

As with all sports, Clinton County is a powerhouse in cross country. It was a tough race, but the Wildcats gave it all they had. Theo had a top 15 finish & we got a great team pic with the trophy from Tuesday.

Custodian Appreciation Day Mr. Ken & Jaydon
When the gray dawn is breaking and the halls are still dim, Before the first student steps over the brim, There is Ken.
He’s not a headmaster, nor teacher, nor dean, But he makes sure the whole building is perfectly clean. With a vacuum cleaner roar that sings a soft tune, He banishes darkness and welcomes the noon. He gets to the spots that the others don't see, The quiet, essential, reliable key.
Jaydon The final bell has shrieked its shrill goodbye, The last bright yellow bus goes rolling by. A blessed silence settles, deep and slow, As the day's great, noisy tidal wave starts to go. Then, with a gentle push, the door swings wide, And the After School Janitor (Jaydon) steps inside.
The halls are strewn with jackets, forgotten notes, and paper, A testament to the frenzy from which the peace has to favor. A few late teachers gather papers, worn and tired, But his long, steady task is what is now required. He rolls his cart of buckets, brushes, and strong spray, Ready to wipe the hectic, hurried world away.
