Blessed With The Best!
The visits from Clinton County Deputy Ken have been a welcomed addition to our building each week. Deputy Ken chats with students, eats lunch with us and checks in to make sure our students and staff are safe.
Today was Deputy Ken's last visit to SRS before his retirement from the Clinton County Sheriff's Department at the end of week. We celebrated him with cookies (didn't think doughnuts would be appropriate) and lots of high fives. Have a great retirement Deputy Ken!
We appreciate the Sheriff making schools a priority and sending Deputy Ken to watch over our school and others in Clinton County!

Students at SRS turned out in their Pink last week to show their support for Maci McCabe and collected $572.00 to aide in her fight. Our thoughts and prayers will continue for the McCabe Family!

Pink Out Day @ SRS - FRIDAY
One reason why some of us choose to live in Clinton County is because we take care of our own.
We have an opportunity to help a high school senior from Mater Dei who was in a severe car accident a few weeks ago.
St. Rose School will be participating in a pink out day on Friday, March 28th in honor of Maci McCabe to help her family with medical bills.
Students can dress in pink please no makeup or hairspray.
Families or students wishing to make a monetary donation to the McCabe Family can bring it to the office by Friday and we will make sure the family receives those funds.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and supporting families in our County!

We had the privilege of having Central's band come & wake us up last week! They did a great job & it was fun to see several St. Rose alumni in the band and color guard!

We're very proud of our band & choir members! They had an extremely successful solo & ensemble contest on Saturday with all students receiving a Division 1 rating, and 3 students receiving a First Superior. A big thank you to everyone who attended!

PM Student Pick Up:
For your child's safety and security, teachers will bring students to the cafeteria to be received by parents after school. Students will not be released on their own to walk through the parking lot by themselves or released to anyone other than who is recorded in TeacherEase as a pick up person. Unless the student brings a note to school or parent calls the office to change pick up arrangements.
Once you walk your child to your car you may exit on Main Street if you are parked behind Church
or
Exit on Church Street if you are parked by the playground. Please do not drive across the parking lot where students are exiting the building. Please communicate this procedure with other caregivers that may be picking up students. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our students safe!
Please also be mindful of students crossing at street corners at the end of the day. We will be working in conjunction with the Clinton County and the Village to see if a safer passage can be attained to help students cross at the corner of Main St. and Church Street.
